Bab II. Dinamic Electricity
OHM’S LAW
Objective:
To prove relation between V =IR, with same R.
To measure the magnitude of electric current , voltage, and resistence in the series circuit.
Equipment and Materials:
Circuit plate
Multi meter
Battery
Battery prop
Current bridge
Lamp
Lamp prop
Electric switch
Cable
Basic theory:
The relationship between voltage, current, and resistance is summarized by a statement known as Ohm’s Law. Ohm discovered that the amount of current in a circuit is directly proportional to the resistance of the circuit:
I = V/R
With; I = Current
V = Voltage
R = Resistance
So, for a given circuit of constant electrical resistance, current and voltage are proportional to each other. This means that we’ll get twice the current for twice the voltage. But, if the resistance is doubled for a circuit, the current will be half what is would have been otherwise. (Hewitt.2010:127)
Ohm's Law states:
"The strong currents (I) through a conductor between two points is proportional to the potential difference or voltage (V) at two points, and inversely with resistance or resistance (R) between them"
In other words that the large electrical current (I) which flows through a resistance (R) is always proportional to the potential difference (V) is applied to him.

Procedures
Prepare the tools and materials needed in this experiment
Set the scale of multi meter in DC setting, then measure the voltage.
Arrange the circuit (with two resource) look at the picture behind :
Set the multi metre scale in Current (I) setting
Turn off the circuit by take off one of bridge currents and change with multimeter cable, look at the picture behind :
Read the scale show in multi meter
Repeat steps a until e with 3 battery resource.
