A. Title: Perform surgery, make preparations for animals, and using a microscope

B. Tools and materials:

a. Goldfish

b. Microscope

c. Scissors

d. Razor blade

e. Glass objects

f. Glass cover

g. Distilled water

h. Surgery tub

i. Pencil

j. Books (paper)

k. Ruler

l. Wipe dry and clean

C. Working Procedure:

a. Form groups of 4-5 students.

b. Each group brought tools and materials, except for a microscope, glass objects, glass cover, and the like surgery.

c. Surgical fish the right way.

d. Observe the internal organs of fish, pictures of internal organs of fish, complete with captions name the parts.

e. Take each group one organ in the fish, then slice as thinly as possible. Make preparations, then observe under a microscope.

f. Observe and organ slice images.

D. Final

a. Create an image from the observation of preparations that you observe with the microscope!

b. Make a report of the results of this activity which is equipped with observation data!
