This question is difficult to answer with a simple yes or no, because the adjective qualified. Traditionally person have “qualified” to be science teachers by completing a set of educational requirements. in this sense most individuals can be qualified for teaching. but there is more to teaching science than fulfilling a set of requirements and, in fact, there is more to teaching science then being able to talk about science. some of the dimensions of science teaching addressed in the activity "investigating science teaching: How I See My Self as a Science Teacher" are identifiable in the following discussion. (Leslie W. Trowbridge)
Then from this " What do you think about teaching science ?". in my opinion i agree with Mr. Trowbrige that teaching science not only to fulfilling a set of requirements but also to think who we bring the student can knowing the real science.
